Could be good for a one time event or for your player making a collection of the items ;)

Adding custom songs
If you are a modder, you can add your own song, adding them to your own mod. A config sample is available in the Extras/CustomSong folder of the mod. You just have to adapt the code, replace names and values with yours and add the .ogg file of the song you want.
Use this converter : https://audio.online-convert.com/convert-to-ogg to transform your MP3 file to an OGG file.

Club Berezino
I made a small club that you can use with the object spawner function. It's mostly a sample.
It require you to have Builder Items installed on your server. It use Static items like you would use to implement custom location.NPC can be traders if you have the mod installed.
Located in the last industrial compound of Berezino uphill direction Gorka.
Chernarus only of course. All config file in the extra folder.

Types & trader
Located in the Extras folder of the mod.
Adjust values of the trader config to your desire.

If you want to use the Partyon Statics, you gotta check the box "Filter by Scope" in the top left corner of the Object builder Menu !!
