BulletStacksPlusPlusRedux

This is a redux of KeviinSkyline's BulletStacksPlusPlus, which from what I can tell is abandoned. I fixed some issues, some ammo not being increased in maximum capacity (.308 tracer, rubber slugs, 5.45x39 tracer, flare colors) and added support for DayZ Expansion. I'll try to add support for additional mods as requested.

Server installation

Copy the .bikey in Keys to your servers keys folder.
NOTE: You may want to manually adjust all of your ammo's quantmin and quantmax values to be a quarter of the base values. Otherwise they will be spawning as quadruple of the normal spawns.
Example:

.380acp normally has a max of 35 rounds and spawns with 35%-80% of the stack, spawning with 12-28 rounds of ammo.
Because of the stack maximum being increased to 140, the new stacks will have 49-112 rounds of ammo.
