Organs must be kept in the Human Organs cooler or they will quickly rot and not be worth selling on the black market. .

It's up to server owners to add these to a black market trader to sell.
Will also need to make sure you can't sell them if they are rotten.

Add the key to your server keys folder

Looking at adding things like the cooler having a small battery powered cooling unit.
