Read this first
[*]Place it somewhere on its own. The automatic door script causes problems near other buildings. Make sure there is no other building nearby and it works 100%.
[*]Suggestion: put it on Skalisty Island and build a bridge to it.
[*]The garage doors open with the button on the reception desk.
