Update to DayZ v1.26

This mod is to fix the recent problems with driving in DayZ and more.
Updates include:
- less damage to vehicle at low speeds
- can repair car parts with pipewrench again (from Badly Damaged up to Worn)
- can repair car engine with wrench (up to Pristine)
- blowtorch can fix parts, including bumpers, fenders and reflectors (from Ruined up to Worn)
- blowtorch can fix chassis (from Badly Damaged up to Worn)
- epoxy can fix bumpers, fenders and reflectors (from Badly Damaged up to Pristine)
- epoxy can also fix rusted parts
- can open inventory in car
- can see car's inventory while in vehicle
- can use some items in car (food, drink, others)
- can load and unload magazines in car
- boat has small inventory
- Flip Boat action added
- Epoxy can repair Vehicle and Vehicle Door windows (from Badly Damaged up to Pristine)
- Radiator can be repaired withy Epoxy
- Spark plug and Glow plug can be repaired with Electronic Repair Kit
