TraderPlus Car Deploy Fix
This is a fix to correct the bug that causes the cars to deploy at 0,0 (Bottom Left of Map)
This does not disable the deploy action, it actually fixes the issue, deploying by action or throwning the receipt both work.

Feel Free to Repack, just send a like, but honestly, I wouldn't; Once TraderPlus is updated with the fix, then you will not need this mod.
