This mod adds multiple organs to players & zombies when skinned. It includes a config to turn on/off skinning for zombies. In order to prevent players from farming fresh spawns or being overpowered (too much food), the organs have a high chance to cause illness when consumed. Zombie organs cause a special illness when consumed, leading to hallucinations and painful vomiting attacks! Many more organs than shown in picture

Instructions
- Copy the `@RealisticOrgans` folder into your main server directory
- From `@RealisticOrgans/keys`, copy `Nika.bikey` into your server `keys` folder
- Copy `RealisticOrgans_Types.xml` from `@RealisticOrgans/Extras` and either:
- Add it to your existing `types.xml`, OR
- Place it into your custom mod types folder
FAQ
Q: I’m getting PBO errors related to @RealisticOrgans, why?
- Make sure `Nika.bikey` is in your server `keys` folder
- Make sure the mod is updated on both server and client
- Make sure the PBOs match the current version
Q: Organs aren’t spawning on the ground, why?
Organs are not meant to spawn on the ground by default.
They are intended to appear only when a player or infected is skinned.
Q: Can you remove/change something I don’t like?
I appreciate the feedback, but this mod is built around a realistic post-apocalyptic setting.
You can control what is enabled on your server. Since DayZ is a mature game, players are expected to handle this type of content. If you don’t like it, simply don’t install the mod.
Q: Why do players get sick when eating organs?
This is intentional balance. Without it, players could farm fresh spawns or infected and stack food too easily.
Organs have a high chance of causing illness to prevent the mod from being overpowered.
Q: How do I cure the zombie virus?
Currently there is no cure.. good luck!
