Boat Kit Mod + MaharlikaPH_Boats Kits

**The BoatKit Mod expands the survival game with a placeable inflatable boat kit.**
Players can use the kit to place Vanilla boats and MaharlikaPH Boats.

Boats spawn with a spark plug, battery, and a full fuel tank. && can now be packed into kits using a wrench.

Boats can now also be sold via the Trader.
