Terje Compatibility - LBmaster Admin Tools
Adds full in-game admin control over the Terje Mods suite directly inside LBmaster's Admin Tools menu. No more fiddling with database files or RCon commands - just open the admin panel, pick a player, and edit their stats visually.

Features:
Adds two new tabs to the LBmaster admin menu:

Terje Skills:
- View and edit every skill registered by TerjeSkills for any connected player
- Drag a slider or type directly into the edit box to set a skill level
- Live XP bar shows the player's progress within the current level, editable too
- Displays each skill with its proper in-game name and icon
- Includes Souls from TerjeStartScreen - increase or decrease a player's soul count directly from the admin panel
- Refresh button re-pulls the current values from the server
- Apply button pushes all pending changes in one RPC

Terje Medicine:
- Full control over every medical / radiation / status stat exposed by Terje's admintool registry
- Manage diseases, wounds, pain, blood, saline, morphine, radiation, etc. via sliders
- Heal all button wipes diseases, stops bleeding, removes sutures/bandages and resets mind/sleep to full - a one-click "full cure" for stuck players
- Refresh / Apply pattern matches the Skills tab

Healing via the LBAdminTool button clears all diseases/conditions for that player.
