Triumph Tent Fix

A quick fix for the bug that removed the open/close tent prompt.

WHAT THIS MOD DOES
This mod replaces a single function (ActionTargets.Update) with a copy of the
current vanilla version plus two minimal changes, both scoped to objects whose
parent inherits from TentBase:
- tent proxies are exempt from the invalid-ID skip
- tent proxies are stored into the action target list directly with their
parent, like the pre-1.29 code did

Nothing else is touched. No config changes, no types, no gameplay changes.

Should work on:

- Vanilla tents, car tents, improvised shelters, and modded tents that
inherit from TentBase
- On any map (tested on Chernarus, Deerisle, Banov)
- Compatible with Code Lock and other tent mods

Works with codelock mod. Make sure that:
profiles\CodeLock\CodeLockConfig.json (CanAttachToTents → "true")
